Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement) A powerful cloak granted to a warlock who serves, in secret or otherwise, the Banished One; an omniscient entity of malice, corruption, and the taboo that was banished to the dimension beyond the Outer Realms by the Great Old Ones.This cloak grants the wearer the following benefits. The cloak allows the user to cast either the teleport or the dominate person spell. The spell save DC for these spells is 17. The cloak regains use of this property at dawn. Relentless Endurance. When you are reduced to 0 hit points but not killed outright, you can drop to 1 hit point instead. The cloak regains use of this property at dawn. |
