Weapon (any hammer), Artifact (Requires attunement by someone with Moderator or Admin privileges only)

The power of the Admin in a single hammer. Can smite those who break the rules.
The Power to Wield the Hammer. Once attuned to the hammer, you are considered Proficient in using it if you normally wouldn't be able to.

Bring Down the Hammer. This hammer does not deal any damage on hit. Instead, if the user is attuned to the hammer, the target must make both an Intelligence and a Wisdom saving throw. The DC of the throw is dependant on the crimes the target had committed against the realm. If they pass both saving throws, the target is simply Stunned until the end of their next turn. If they fail one saving throw, they are knocked Unconscious for 8 hours. And if they fail both saving throws, they instantly die, and not even a Wish can bring them back to life.
