Ashen Wake (5e Equipment)

Weapon (Quarterstaff), Uncommon (Major) (Requires attunement) A quarterstaff once wielded by the Holy Bishop of Pelor deity. At the top of the quarterstaff is the sigil of Pelor, a sun made of gold. The sigil at the top of the staff is notably shiny, and doesn't need to be polished to maintain it's sheen. Holy Weapon This quarterstaff is augmented through holy means, this quarterstaff deals an additional 1d6 radiant damage on a hit. Pelor's Reach Damage dealt by this weapon's user cannot be resisted, this weapon bypasses resistance corresponding to the "Changing Face" feature. Changing Face Ashen Wake can change the sigil at the top of the weapon to represent their deity of choice. If you choose to do so, all aforementioned effects pertaining to "Radiant" damage are replaced with a damage type of your choice, in relation to the deity you worship (for example, changing the sigil to represent Zeus, god of the sky and thunder. That damage would then change to the damage type associated with that deity (Thunder damage). If you or the DM cannot associate a damage type, the damage switches to radiant damage if it isn't already. |
