Large fiend (heartless), chaotic evil Armor Class 16 (natural armor)
Saving Throws Dex +7, Wis +5 Flyby. The artful flyer doesn't provoke an opportunity attack when it flies out of an enemy's reach. ACTIONSMultiattack. The artful flyer makes two attacks. Kick. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d10 + 4) slashing damage. Kamaitachi. Ranged Spell Attack: +7 to hit, range 60/90 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 4) piercing damage. Electric Wind (Recharge 6). The artful flyer creates a large tornado around itself. Each creature within 30 feet of the artful flyer must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 27 (6d8) lightning damage and is knocked prone. On a successful save, a creature takes half as much damage and isn't knocked prone. BONUS ACTIONSCunning Action. The artful flyer takes the Dash, Disengage, or Hide action.
