Arrow of Souls (5e Equipment)

Weapon (arrow), rare This arrow has soul-like carvings and it whispers to you. Once you fire this arrow it whispers to your target, but grows louder and louder until the souls are screaming at them in overwhelming amounts. On a hit, the attack deals an additional 1d4 psychic damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 10 Wisdom saving throw or be stunned until the end of its next turn. Once an arrow of souls deals its extra damage to a creature, it becomes a nonmagical arrow. Other types of magic ammunition of this kind exist, such as bolts of souls meant for a crossbow, though arrows are most common.
