Armor of Thrynn (5e Equipment)
From D&D Wiki
Armor (Full Plate), artifact (Requires Attunement) The Armor of Thrynn is a powerful relic forged in heroism by necessity. Thrynn, himself, was a hero from centuries past, who came to confront a merciless and terribly ancient Red Dragon, named Anhelle Rûth ar Delotha (often shortened to Anhelle or Delotha). Delotha had stockpiled an ill-gotten hoard within the boundaries of his claimed territory, a nation's worth of land. He terrorized the surrounding world, and almost shoved all humanoid peoples from the only then safe land, and was thusly both directly and indirectly responsible for the deaths of hundreds of thousands. Thrynn's entire home nation was thrust into a monstrous and savage wild whilst already weak and practically depleted of resources from their encounter with Delotha, which made up plenty of these casualties. Thrynn, after watching an entire platoon scorched to death by the dragon's breath, got it set in his mind that he would walk through the fires of Delotha and deliver justice and vengeance upon the great wyrm. He devoted his life to the craft of smithing. Eventually he snuck, alone, into Delotha's territory to retrieve ancient crafting tools and materials that would allow him his feat. Upon his successful return, an entire encampment waited with barely a word as he set his forge ablaze with the creation of this armor. With his creation donned, he steeled himself against the fiery border laid around Delotha's innermost sanctum and overthrow the beast, claiming its land as his own. This armor grants a +1 bonus to AC, and additionally functions as Mithril Armor, Dragon Scale Mail (Red Only), and a Necklace of Adaptation. Automatic Properties.
