Armor (Walls of Elisia Supplement)

Armor Information[edit]
Armor Within the Walls follows the standard rule of armor, being split into the three categories of Light, Medium and Heavy. But it also uses the DC/TC Variant Rule. This means that a hit/miss is calculated by the characters ability to withstand/dodge a hit. For Example, lets say an enemy rolls a 15 on an attack and you have a shield. If the attack completely hits if the roll beats out both your DC and TC, but it has adverse effects. Such as...
- .. a hit lower than your DC, the attack misses.
- .. a hit equal to your DC, the attack misses and you drop your shield if you carry one.
- .. a hit greater than your DC, but equal to or lower than your TC, you only take half of the damage from the attack, or only a third of the damage if you wear heavy armor.
