Weapon (Pistol), Legendary (requires attunement)
A Black Revolver, which looks like that of a Chiappa Revolver with a long barrel, which has a dark purple flame that runs along it. The gun displays an aura of pure evil intent, the more wicked the person, the stronger the gun is. Once attuned, the owner has the ability to change what type of pistol the gun looks like, though it is always a Black Color, with a dark purple flame.
History:
This Pistol was used by a legendary gunslinger, whose name has been forgotten to time, though he is remembered for one trait. He is known as the Gunslinger who genocided the entire Yuan-Ti Race, with only one shot within its homeland. Though 500 years later, the Pistol was rediscovered and seized off of a Gunslinger who was in a saloon gunfight, which led to 70 dead, and 300 severely injured.
Alignment Transition: Upon Attuning to this Item, the Host becomes Neutral Evil, unless your alignment is already in the Evil Alignment Spectrum.

Charmed Specifications:
- The charmed creature views any attackers of the one who charmed them as Hostile.
- A charmed creature can’t Attack the charmer or target the charmer with harmful Abilities or magical Effects.
- The charmer has advantage on any ability check to interact socially with the creature
Abilities:
This Pistol is not only able to use normal firearm ammunition but is also able to increase its own strength level by 1 (to a limit of 5) for every 150 it deals. The number of damage dealt by the pistol is decreased by 10 damage, at midnight
1st Strength Level:
Dark Shot: The Pistol has 6 Charges, which it may use to do this feature six times, and regains all charges at midnight. Depending on the Alignment of the Owner of the Pistol, the gun may increase or decrease in damage. If your alignment is Lawful Evil, it deals 1d10 necrotic damage, if your alignment is Neutral Evil it deals 1d20 necrotic damage, and if your alignment is Chaotic Evil it instead deals 2d20 necrotic damage.
2nd Strength Level:
Blood Thirsty: Once Per Day, if the host hit-points fall below half of their maximum amount, then all damage done by the gun heals them for half the amount of damage they dealt. When this feature is used, the owner of the gun gains Immunity to Necrotic Damage for 1 Minute.
3rd Strength Level:
Darkness Summon: Once Per Day, when the host uses the “Dark Shot” feature of this gun, they may force the target to attempt a DC 18 Charisma Saving Throw. On a failure, the creature becomes charmed by the owner, on a success, the owner of the gun may use this feature again. The creature affected by “Charmed” may reattempt this saving throw at the end of their turns, ending the effect early on a success.
4th Strength Level:
Shadow Stalk: Once Per Day, the owner is able to fire a Dark Shot at a creature that is not Undead, an Elemental, or Construct. The Dark Shot pierces the Shadow, and another version of the creature made of Darkness is created within 5 feet of the original. This copy lasts for 1 minute, or until it is reduced to 0 hit-points, is controlled by the owner of the pistol, and has the exact same stats as the creature it copied. The creature is vulnerable to Radiant Damage, gains immunity to Necrotic and Poison Damage, and condition immunity to Poisoned, Exhaustion, and Charmed. The creature gains ‘Sunlight Weakness’ as well.
5th Strength Level:
Summon Darkness: Once Per Long Rest, the owner of the Pistol is able to create an identical copy of themselves though made of Darkness, as well as being controlled by the owner. They have the same stats as the owner, and last for 1 minute, or until it is reduced to 0 hit-points. The creature is vulnerable to Radiant Damage, gains immunity to Necrotic and Poison Damage, and condition immunity to Poisoned, Exhaustion, and Charmed. The creature gains ‘Sunlight Weakness’ as well.
