Ankh of the Cat Lord (5e Equipment)

From D&D Wiki

Wondrous item, legendary (major) (attunement optional)

This ankh-shaped charm contains a green feline eye made of glass.

Nine Lives. If you are reduced to 0 hit points or killed outright while the ankh is on your person, you return to life and consciousness with all hit points restored at the start of your next turn. Once a creature has used this property of the ankh 9 times, it no longer functions for that creature.

Attuned Properties. While attuned to the ankh, it has the following properties:

  • You gain the benefits of boots of elvenkind and goggles of night.
  • Your Luck score becomes 25 if it is not already higher.
  • Your speed increases by 15 feet and you gain a climbing speed equal to your walking speed.
  • Cats, lions, tigers, and other feline creatures are always friendly to you unless you harm or provoke them.
  • You suffer none of the frailty of old age and cannot be aged magically. You can still die of old age, however.

Mark of the Cat Lord. The first time you attune to the ankh, roll twice on the Mark of the Cat Lord table.
