Amulet of Never-ending Radiance (5e Equipment)
Wondrous item, artifact (requires attunement by a cleric or paladin of good alignment) Long ago, the creators of the multiverse had a great war. The gods of pure good chose a mortal warrior each generation to champion their cause. To this champion, they bestowed the Amulet of Never-ending Radiance. This item gave its owner great divine power unrivalled by most anything known to mortals. This power is what stopped the gods of evil from consuming everything in the wars. Special Prerequisite. To attune to this item, you must have a blessing given by a good-aligned god. Holy Symbol. This amulet can be used as a spellcasting focus by a cleric or paladin. The item grants a +3 bonus to spell attack bonuses and spell save DC. Spells. While attuned to this item, you know the light, sacred flame, and spare the dying cantrips. Choose a spell up to 3rd level, you can cast that spell without using a spell slot an amount of times equal to your Wisdom modifier, once used it you can’t do so again until you finish a long rest. Godly Smite. This amulet has 10 charges. When you make an attack, you can spend charges to deal extra radiant damage on a hit. The damage is 3d10 per charge spent. The amulet regains 1d10 expended charges daily at dawn. When there are no charges left, roll a d20. On a 1, the gods withhold your power. For 7 days, the amulet can only be used as a mundane spellcasting focus. Divine Call. Once every 30 days, you can cast the wish spell as though your god intervened. For 7 days afterwards, the amulet can only be used as a mundane spellcasting focus.
