Agatha is a small-statured woman; She is pale, sickly and emotionally and physically fragile, leaving divination as a meaningfully worthwhile profession. She has a sweet and homely attitude, but incredibly shy, and easily manipulated. She's managed to hold on to an incredibly valuable heirloom, her crystal ball.
She completed her training under a woman known as "The Seer", where she developed a spell of her own - "Agatha's Cryptic Prediction". This allowed her to utilise her exceptional heirloom to excel in her profession of divination without decades of study and training. She has been a moderately successful, but very accurate, diviner because of said spell.
(In her later years, Agatha married Tulock Pry, and had two children, one of which, unfortunately, turned out to become a horribly magically deformed child, who went missing soon after birth.)
Designer's note: Though Agatha is CR 3, as per DMG, this may not accurately reflect the challenge presented. Were it up to me, I would place the CR at 1 or 2.
