This rod has 5 charges and the following properties.
- Impressiveness. While holding the rod, you can use an action to alter your appearance and voice by means of illusion. While so transformed, you appear 25% larger than you really are, and your voice can carry clearly for up to 300 feet. The transformation persists until you use a bonus action to dispel it.
- Spells. While holding the rod, you can use an action to expend 1 of its charges to cast enthrall (save DC 15) or suggestion (save DC 15) from it.
The rod regains 1d4 + 1 expended charges daily at dawn.
