Staff, rare (Requires attunement by a spellcaster) While you are holding this wooden staff, other creatures have disadvantage on saving throws against any effect from your spells that would charm them or put them to sleep. In addition, you know the sleep spell, and when you cast it, it is cast as if you had used a spell slot one level higher than the one you used.
