Weapon (swordspear), very rare (requires attunement)

The dragonslayer swordspear was a weapon designed during the age of the gods. Once wielded by the banished heir to lightning, this weapon is the earliest form of the cross spear, serving as both a sword and a spear.

While attuned to the dragonslayer swordspear, attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon receive a +2 bonus. Upon a successful hit, the target takes 1d8 (or 1d10 if two-handed) slashing or piercing damage.

Falling Bolt. The dragonslayer swordspear holds six charges that can be expended to cast certain spells through the weapon. Using an action, you can use two charges to cast lightning bolt as a 4th level spell, or you can expend four charges to cast chain lightning as a 7th level spell. The dragonslayer swordspear regains 1d4+2 charges at dawn.
