Stand Proud Focus. Risotto takes 3 less damage from from non-magical piercing, slashing, and bludgeoning damage. He also has advantage on saving throws against being Charmed, Frightened, and Paralyzed.

Exchange Blows. When Risotto takes damage from a hostile creature or as a bonus action, he makes a DC 11 Constitution saving throw. On a success, he can make 1 additional melee attack on each of their turns. He can only have up to 6 "Exchange Blows Stacks" at once. Using extra attacks during your turn does not consume the stacks. He may spend 1 stack to make a melee attack against creature without using a reaction. All stacks are lost once initiative ends.

Exploit the Armor. When Risotto successfully hits a creature with a melee attack, his melee attack rolls gain a +1 bonus against the target for 24 hours. This can stack up to +5.

Spirit Points. Risotto has 13 Spirit Points which he can expend. All spirit points are regained at the end of a long rest.

ACTIONS

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d4 + 3) bludgeoning damage.

Create Weapon. Ranged Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, range 30/60 ft., one target. Hit: 26 (4d10 + 3) slashing damage. This attack can be made from anywhere within 30 ft. of Risotto so long as there is enough iron in the place of origin to form a weapon. Risotto may make 1 of these attacks as a bonus action for 1 spirit point.

Metallica. One creature within 30 ft. must attempt a DC 20 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, small metal objects of Risotto's choice burst out of their flesh, causing them to take 5 (2d6) piercing damage, or half as much damage on a success. IF they fail this saving throw 5 times, the creature begins suffocating, replacing minutes with rounds. The creature can't regain hit points or be stabilized until it can get oxygen to it's blood again.

Staples (1 Spirit Point). 1 creature within 30 ft. regains 9 (1d6 + 6) hit points.

Reflect (1 Spirit Point). Risotto becomes invisible until the end of his next turn. He may spend 1 additional spirit point to double this effect.
