Wand, very rare (requires attunement)

Wishbones of tuning are magical devices whose creation is often on accident, made by less powerful hags, witches, and other magic users of the swamps for self-protection. A wishbone of tuning is carved from the wishbone of a demon and infused with blood sourced from a live, beating, heart. The result: A demonic tuning fork whose tune beckons the souls of the dead from the aethers.

While attuned to the Wishbone of tuning, you may use it to cast the Thaumaturgy cantrip as long as it has at least one charge remaining.

Charges. A wishbone of tuning holds 6 charges, and regains 1d4+2 charges daily at dusk. While attuned to it, you may use expend charges to cast the following spells:

You may also expend 4 charges to summon and begin concentrating on 1d4-1 (minimum 1) skeletons in spaces of your choosing within 10 feet of you.

Roll initiative for these skeletons as a group. On their turn, you may decide which actions they take. They will do nothing when no orders are given.
A group of skeletons summoned by the wishbone, and any remains they leave behind, will disappear when concentration on the effect ends, or after one minute passes.

When you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the wishbone of tuning shatters and becomes unusable.
