Tea of the Soul is is a title given to a variety of different teas that have been infused with a spiritual or divine blessing, granting them powers beyond that of normal tea. When you drink a tea of the soul, the following effect happens depending upon which type of tea was consumed.

If a tea grants you the ability to cast spells, your spellcasting ability is Wisdom if you do not already have one.
Tea Effect Rarity
Jasmine Jasmine tea calms the mind and body. When drunk, it cures the frightened condition, and grants you advantage on saving throws against being frightened for the next hour. Uncommon
Spearmint Spearmint tea helps your body restore its chemical balance. When drunk, you gain advantage on Constitution checks and saving throws for the next 24 hours. Rare
Chamomile Chamomile tea relieves troubled stomachs. When drunk, it cures the poisoned condition and renders you immune to being poisoned or taking poison damage by ingesting food or drink for the next hour. Uncommon
Frostlily Frostlily tea chills the drinker's core, steeling them against cold. When drunk, you become immune to the effects of extreme cold and also become resistant to cold damage for the next 24 hours. Rare
Magmire Magmire tea is foul and bitter. When drunk, you become immune to extreme heat and also become resistant to fire damage for the next 24 hours. Rare
Ember Ember tea is brewed using motes of pure fire. When drunk, you gain the ability to spit fire for 24 hours, allowing you to cast the fire bolt cantrip at will for the duration. Uncommon
Black Bitter black tea is quite potent and can jolt the mind awake. When drunk, it restores 1d6 + 4 hit points, and resuscitates you from being unconscious. Very rare
Nondra Nondra is a rare leaf prized by diviners. When drunk, nondra tea grants you truesight for the next hour. Very rare
Silver Needle Silver Needle tea has a smooth and creamy texture. When drunk, you regain 3 ki points, or 3 levels of spell slots distributed in however manner you wish. Rare
Gunpowder Unlike its real counterpart, gunpowder tea is distilled with legitimately explosive black gunpowder. When drunk, it enables you to belch out an explosive projectile identical to the fireball spell. It loses potency one hour after being drunk or when the spell is cast. Rare
Hearth Cherry Hearth cherry tea is renowned for its healing properties. When drunk, you regain 3d6 hit points. Uncommon
Rockroot Due to the circumstances of its application, rockroot tea is more commonly splashed onto people rather then imbibed. When applied, you become cured of the petrified condition. Rare
Windblend Windblend tea is light and frothy. When drunk, your weight is reduced to half its value for the next hour. In addition, you take half damage from falling and always land on your feet. Uncommon
Maple Seed Maple Seed tea unexpectedly causes intense energy spikes. When drunk, your movement speed increases by 15 feet for the next 10 minutes. Common
Coffee Coffee tea is so foul that it causes your body to manually reboot all of its sensory systems. When drunk, you are cured of the blinded and deafened conditions. Uncommmon
Kanlir Kanlir tea is so sobering that it can drag a man out of even deep swoons. When drunk, you are cured of the charmed condition and become immune to intoxication for the next 24 hours. Uncommon
Moon Blossom Moon blossom tea enhances one's natural radiance and beauty and is a popular pick-me-up in noble households. For the next eight hours, you are considered proficient in Persuasion and Performance checks if you are not already proficient. Common
Oak Bark Oak Bark tea toughens your skin. When drunk, you gain resistance to nonmagical slashing, bludgeoning, and piercing damage for the next 10 minutes. Uncommon
Soul Strand Soul Strand tea is a forbidden brew, crafted from corporealizing a person's very soul and teasing it out into physical threads. When drunk, you are rendered immune to effects that can forcibly send you to another plane, such as the banishment spell for the next 7 days. Legendary
Gibbering Gibbering tea is brewed from the runoff of a gibbering mouther or floater, and is absolutely disgusting. Stomaching it requires a DC(17) Constitution check. When successfully drunk, you gain the ability to understand and speak all languages, written or spoken, for the next 72 hours. Very rare
