Touch a spent missile and sense where it came from, both the precise location from where shot, and race and group of the shooter. The caster senses both the direction the shooter was moving, and also the race, sub-race, tribe, city, village, and party as applicable, but only when these have a name. So for example if the shooter was part of an unnamed band of undead, the caster can tell what kind of undead but not what band it was. This spell works with any size missile from flechette to catapult.
