An Empire's Rebirth[edit]
After suffering defeat at the hands of the Church of Lord Cuthbert, the Aipeon Empire virtually collapses, though the Church has lost its monopoly on governance. Humans and non-humans alike forge new societies, while the Empire is reborn with a child and a prophecy.
Theocracy in Decline[edit]
Despite their victory against the Aipeon Empire, the Church of Lord Cuthbert's power over secular matters had drastically declined.
