ACTIONS

Stomp. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d8 + 3) bludgeoning damage.

Discharge. The zebstrika releases a sphere of lightning with a radius of 15 feet centered on the zebstrika. All creatures within that radius must succeed on a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw or take 14 (4d6) lightning damage and be paralyzed until the end of its next turn. On a successful save, a creature takes half as much damage and isn't paralyzed.

REACTIONS

Lightning Rod. When a creature within 30 ft. of the zebstrika takes lightning damage from an effect targeting only that creature, the zebstrike can use its reaction to draw in the effect. The intended target takes no damage, and the zebstrika is subjected to the effect instead.

When this ill-tempered Pokémon runs wild, it shoots lightning from its mane in all directions. Zebstrika are zebra-like creatures that create electricity as they run. Every zebstrika have unique markings on them, making it impossible to mistake one zebstrika for the other, only in temperament. More hostile zebstrika are made into protectors of their herd while the more docile ones care for the little blitzle, like their children, in the herd. When they run at full speed, a herd can give off a sound reminiscent of thunder.
