Innate Spellcasting. Xerneas’s innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 24, +16 to hit with spell attacks). It can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

At will: greater restoration, heal, true resurrection

3/day: mass heal

Divine Being. Xerneas can't be surprised and can't be changed into another form against its will.

Immortal Nature. A Xerneas doesn't require air, food, drink, or sleep.

Ingrain. While Xerneas has contact with the ground, Xerneas can’t be pushed or knocked prone, and it has advantage on strength saving throws.

Legendary Resistance (3/day). If Xerneas fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.

Life Giver. Xerneas can restore any creature to life no matter how it died, even if it was killed by Yveltal.

Magic Resistance. The Xerneas has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Magic Weapons. Xerneas’s attacks are magical.

Rejuvenation. If it dies, the Xerneas returns to life in 1d6 and regains all its hit points. Only a wish spell can prevent this trait from functioning.

Speak with Beasts and Plants. Xerneas can communicate with beasts and plants as if they shared a language.

Tree Stride. Once on its turn, Xerneas can use 10 feet of its movement to step magically into one living tree within its reach and emerge from a second living tree within 60 feet of the first tree, appearing in an unoccupied space within 5 feet of the second tree. Both trees must be Huge or bigger.

Fairy Aura. All creatures of Xerneas's choice within 60 feet of it have disadvantage on saving throws against effects that deal radiant damage, and they take an additional 21 (6d6) damage from such effects (included in the effect).

ACTIONS

Multiattack. Xerneas uses moonblast or horn leech three times.

Geomancy (1/day). Xerneas regains 100 hit points, and has advantage on all attack rolls, ability checks, and saving throws for the next 3 rounds.

Moonblast. One target within 120 feet of Xerneas must make a DC 24 Dexterity saving throw. A target takes 55 (10d10) radiant damage on a failed saving throw, or half as much on a success.

Dazzling Gleam (Recharge 5-6). Xerneas shoots a blast of light in a 60-foot cone. Each creature of Xerneas's choice in that area must make a DC 24 Constitution saving throw, taking 93 (16d8 + 6d6) radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Horn Leech. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 16 (2d10 + 5) piercing damage plus 35 (10d6) radiant damage, and Xerneas regains hit points equal to the radiant damage dealt.

LEGENDARY ACTIONS

The can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Detect. Xerneas makes a Wisdom (Perception) check

Heal Pulse. Xerneas bestows 20 temporary hit points to another creature it can see within 120 feet of it.

Outrage (Costs 3 Actions). Xerneas makes two Horn Leech attacks. If they both hit, then count the hits as if they were critical hits and roll damage accordingly.

Known in the Kalos region as the life Pokemon, Xerneas appears to be a great stag with a deep blue neck, shining rainbow horns and spots of colorful fur on its back. With the power to heal others and bring life back to the dead, it is considered a legendary Pokémon and the counterpart to Yveltal, a creature that brings only death and destruction in its wake. For 1,000 years at a time, Xerneas slumbers in the shape of a tree. It only awakens from those naps prematurely when itself or the region is in danger. This behavior also corresponds with Yveltal, though it is unknown whether it is on purpose or if the two legendarys are connected in a way that is deeper than their rivalry.
