Wyrm-Blooded [Multiclass]

Prerequisite: Iejirisk, 8th level, Blood Awakening
Benefit: You can swap one 6th-level or higher utility power you know for the dragon's flight utility power.
Dragon's Flight Feat Power
You've learned to put those wings to good use. Carrying a creature as heavy as an iejirisk around is no easy task, and you can't keep yourself aloft for long.
Encounter
Move Action Personal
Effect: You fly a number of squares equal to your speed. You must land at the end of this movement.
Sustain Move: Repeat the move. You can sustain this power for a maximum of 3 turns.
Special: At 21st level, this power becomes an at-will power. You must still land at the end of your movement.
