Wounded Condition (5e Variant Rule)

Creatures can become wounded from attacks, spells, or other hazards. Creatures must pass a Constitution saving throw (DC set by the effect). A wounded creature takes 1 damage, unless otherwise stated, at the end of its turn every round until it is healed by magical means or it makes a successful Medicine check, DC set by the effect.
