Tablets of Ruin. Wo-Chien emits an aura of ruin in a 30-foot radius around its tablets. Any creature in this area that makes a weapon attack and isn't Wo-Chien has its attack roll have a -5 penalty. The remove curse spell, or similar magic can be used to suppress this effect for 10 minutes.

Cursed Rejuvenation. When Wo-Chien is reduced to 0 hit points, the dead leaves that make up its body disperse, leaving its wooden tablets behind. These tablets are magical and cannot be destroyed under normal circumstances. Wo-Chien comes back to life with all its hit points in 1d10 days, unless a dispel magic, remove curse or similar spell is cast at 7th level on the tablets.

Divine Being. Wo-Chien can't be surprised and can't be changed into another form against its will.

Immortal Nature. A Wo-Chien doesn't require air, food, drink, or sleep.

Magic Attacks. Wo-Chien's attacks are considered magical for overcoming resistance and immunity.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. Wo-Chien uses knock off three times or giga drain twice.

Ruination (1/Day). Wo-Chien causes dark, cursed energy to befall a creature within 30 feet of it, causing their current hit points and hit point maximums to be halved until they finish a long rest.

Giga Drain. Ranged Spell Attack: +9 to hit, range 30 ft., one target. Hit: 33 (6d8 + 6) necrotic damage. Wo-Chien regains hit points equal to half the damage dealt.

Knock Off. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d10 + 4) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature and they are holding a object in one or both of their hands that isn't a shield, they take an additional 11 (2d10) bludgeoning damage and the item is disarmed and thrown 10 feet in a direction of Wo-Chien's choice.

Leech Seed. Ranged Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, range 30 ft., one non-plant creature. Hit: A magical seed is planted in the creature's skin, dealing 22 (5d8) necrotic damage to them at the end of Wo-Chien's turns. Wo-Chien regains hit points equal to the necrotic damage dealt. A creature can remove the seed by making a DC 19 Strength (Athletics) check as an action. Even if Wo-Chien is killed, the seeds continue to deal damage until removed.

LEGENDARY ACTIONS

Wo-Chien can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Wo-Chien regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Curse. Wo-Chien casts bestow curse on a creature within 30 feet of itself. This version of the spell does not require concentration and ends if a creature is 30 feet or further from Wo-Chien.
Drain Plant-life (Costs 3 Actions). Wo-Chien drains the life from plants within 30 feet of itself, killing all nonmagical plants that aren't creatures and dealing 64 necrotic damage to magical plants and creatures with the plant type.

Wo-Chien, the Ruinous Pokémon

Wo-Chien resembles a snail made of dead leaves with a shell of wood. This construct was formed from the soul of a man which wrote the evil deeds of a long forgotten king on the wooden tablets that make up its shell.
