Cost: 15 gp
Weight: 15 lb.
Witch's gear is similar to alchemist's supplies, but uses a more mystical side of dark arts in comparison to magio-science. It is commonly used to make potions and even perform minor divinations. This gear is compact and meant to be easy for witches to carry on the go.

Components. A witch's gear include a pouch of common herbs (rosemary, thyme, juniper, etc.), a collapsible cauldron with a stand to hold it over flame, a wooden stirring rod, a small mortar and pestle, and a pouch of strange ingredients, including eye of newt, tiger's milk, and bat's feet.

Arcana. Proficiency with witch's gear allows you to unlock more information on Arcana checks involving potions and similar materials.

History. When you inspect a person's background, proficiency with witch's gear grants additional insight into a mishaps or omens the person may have encountered that left a magical imprint on them.

Nature. Proficiency with witch's gear allows you to discern more information on Nature checks about the magical properties or possibilities of a plant.

Witchy Dealings. You can use this tool proficiency to create special brews or imbue charms. A character can spend money to collect raw materials, which weigh 1 pound for every 50 gp spent. As part of a long rest, you can use witch's gear to make one dose of poison, antioxin, tindertwig, or perfume. Subtract half the value of the created item from the total gp worth of raw materials you are carrying.

Magical Crafting: If this stuff feels too vanilla, feel free to see if your DM will allow you to craft more potent witchy things like a philter of love or healing potion with added cost or downtime needed.
