Medium mana beast, unaligned Armor Class 15 (natural armor)
Proficiency Bonus +3 SHP = 58 MP (Mana Points) = 24 Mirror Blink (2 MP). As a bonus action, the Wispjack teleports up to 30 ft and leaves behind a flickering illusory double. The double lasts until the start of its next turn or until struck—any attack that hits the double misses automatically. Hallucination Touch. Once per turn, if the Wispjack hits a target with an attack, it may force the target to make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, the target sees a terrifying illusion and is frightened until the end of its next turn. Mana Core: Dormant Illusion Aspect. The Wispjack can spend 1 MP to create a minor illusion (auditory or visual) within 60 ft as a bonus action. This does not require concentration and lasts 1 minute or until disrupted. ActionsClaw of Dread. Melee Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft, one target. Hit: 13 (2d6 + 4) psychic damage. Cackle Pulse (Recharge 5–6). All creatures within 20 ft must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or take 11 (3d6 + 2) psychic damage and become frightened for 1 round. Creatures that succeed the save are immune to this effect for 1 minute. Core Drop: 20% for the core to survive the death of the monster, if it does not survive it shatter, it pushes anyone who is in 5 ft of it 5 ft back and makes them prone. Anyone who is in 5 ft from the core on shattering regains half of the max MP the core has and anyone in 10 ft a quarter.
