Winter Bay (The Blackroot Falls Supplement)

The jagged coastline that dominates much of Winter Bay.

A snow-driven shoreline for most of the year, Winter Bay is home to the largest human settlement, the White Fang Township. The bay, consisting of a small beach known as Black Water Beach, and miles of rocky, jutting coastline, was once a major strategic route for the infamous Rose Captain and the crew of the cutter Painted Lady. During his lifetime, he built a small wharf in Winter Bay known today as The Rose Captain's Wharf. The wharf is just a half-mile southeast of the White Fang Township.
