Shapechanger. The weretiger can use its action to polymorph into a Large tiger-humanoid hybrid or a giant tiger, or back into its true form, which is humanoid. Its statistics, other than its size and AC, are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.

Keen Hearing and Smell. The weretiger has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.

Savage Attacker. The weretiger can reroll damage dice and take the higher of the two rolled.

Cleaver. When the weretiger reduces a creature to 0 hit points, it can make one melee attack against a creature within reach.

Speak with Tigers. The weretiger can communicate with tigers and tiger-like creatures as if they shared a language.

Natural Weapon Mastery. The weretiger adds its proficiency bonus to the damage rolls for its bite or claw attacks (included in the attacks).

Pounce (Tiger or Hybrid Form Only). If the weretiger moves at least 20 feet straight toward a creature and then hits it with a claw attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC 17 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is prone, the weretiger can make one bite attack against it as a bonus action.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The weretiger makes three attacks, only one of which may be a bite.

Bite (Tiger or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (2d10 + 9) piercing damage. If the target is humanoid it must succeed on a DC 17 Constitution saving throw, or be cursed with weretiger lycanthropy.

Claw (Tiger or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (2d8 + 11) slashing damage.

+2 Scimitar (Humanoid or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (1d6 + 8) piercing damage.

+2 Longbow (Humanoid or Hybrid Form Only). Ranged Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, range 150/600 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (1d8 + 8) piercing damage.


Weretigers are experienced hunters that usually stay out of the affairs of other lycanthropes preferring nature to civilization.
