This is a weapon made by Haijima Industries that is used by some fire force members. It lays on top of the arm and drives a massive spike into the target.
Special. As a bonus action you can pull the spiked shaft recoil springs back. Then as an action if the recoil springs are pulled back you can make an attack with the weapon. After this is used you have to pull the springs again.
Matoi Flags
Tool, 50 gp
As an Action you can move one Matoi Flag under you to ride on. You get a flying speed of 30 ft. As a free action you can light the Matoi Flags on fire. The flags now deal 1d8 bludgeoning damage on hit. If you are a second generation Pyrokinetic then you can control the sticks while lit making them fly up to 60 ft away from you and you can make attacks this way too. While doing this you may use the shove action as a bonus action with the Matoi Flags. You can control an amount equal to twice your proficiency bonus.
