Water Current Motion

Prerequisites: None
As an action, you must spend 3 Soul Power and 6 Magicules to create and control the water currents around you. You can use this in water that is at least waist deep and doing so grants you a swim speed equal to your normal movement speed plus 10 feet for 1 hour. This effect can be ended early at the user's discretion.

If you also have [Hydraulic Propulsion], you may spend an additional amount of Soul Power up to your proficiency bonus and Magicules of double the Soul Power spent to add an additional 10 feet of swim speed per amount of Soul Power spent.
