Cursed Energy. Warwatcher, Eye of Xol has 14 Cursed Energy he can use to fuel his abilities. All of his cursed energy is replenished at the end of a long rest.

Improved Cursed Energy Recovery. Warwatcher, Eye of Xol recovers 2 Cursed Energy at the beginning of it's turns.

Invisible Force. Warwatcher, Eye of Xol is entirely made out of cursed energy, meaning he cannot be seen by normal people. Creatures without levels in the Jujutsu Sorcerer class or who cannot see into the ethereal plane cannot see it. Although, if these creatures were in a life and death situation (less than half their maximum hit points), they gain the ability to see him.

Not Going Down (1/long rest). When Warwatcher, Eye of Xol is reduced to 0 hit points, he may fall to 1 hit point instead.

Magical Weapons. Warwatcher, Eye of Xol attacks are considered magical.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. Warwatcher, Eye of Xol makes three Cursed Energy Blast attacks.

Cursed Energy Blast (1 Cursed Energy.) Cursed Energy Attack: +14 to hit, reach 100/200 ft., one target. Hit: 24 (4d12 + 9) necrotic damage.

Homing Cursed Energy Barrage (5 Cursed Energy.) Warwatcher, Eye of Xol fires a barrage of homing cursed energy blasts, every creature within a 100ft. radius makes a Dexterity saving throw against his Cursed DC (20 without modifications). On a failure they take 45 (8d8 + 9) necrotic damage and on a success they take half as much.

Warwatcher, Eye of Xol may choose which creatures in the area must make the save.

Binding Vows. Warwatcher, Eye of Xol's Binding Vows are:

Outer Shell. Warwatcher, Eye of Xol gains an impenetrable shell, which he keeps closed making him immune to all damage and status effects (including ones which bypass immunities) and anything else that may effect him. However this comes at a heavy cost:

  • The shell blocks his attacks aswell meaning he must open it at the beginning of his turns in order to attack.
  • Warwatcher, Eye of Xol's max health is reduced to 1, he cannot gain more max health from any source (including it's buffs from Growth), gain health above his max health in any way or gain temporary health from any source.
  • Warwatcher, Eye of Xol's movement speed is reduced to 0 ft. and he cannot gain movement speed from any source or be moved in any way.

This vow is automatically taken upon his creation.
