Wand, rare (requires attunement by a spellcaster)

A dark gray wand, seemingly shrouded in a kind of illusion that makes it always seem larger than it is. It has a habit of teleporting between various pockets on your robe, so that you always have to double check your pockets whenever you put it away.

This wand has 7 charges for the following properties. It regains 1d6 + 1 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the wand's last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the wand disappears in vapor with a whispered scream.

Whisperer. While holding this wand, you are constantly under the effects of the cantrip message and can speak anything with the benefits of this spell, if you choose.

Spells. While holding the wand, you can use an action to expend some of its charges to cast one of the following spells, using your spell save DC: antagonize (3 charges) or dissonant whispers (2 charge).

Token of Maddening. Whenever you cast a spell that deals psychic damage while holding this wand, you can reroll half of the damage die (rounded down; minimum of 1) and can use either set of die.
