Wand, common (minor)

This wand has 3 charges. While holding it, you can use an action to expend 1 of its charges and target a point you can see within 60 feet of you. A loud blaring sound reminiscent of a creature passing gas occurs at that location. The user can determine the volume of the sound when the wand is used, up to being audible up to 30 feet away, or up to 60 feet away in a quiet room, and whether or not it is accompanied by an unpleasant odor that lingers in the space until the end of your next turn.

The wand regains all expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the wand's last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the wand springs a magical gas leak, spewing stinking methane gas for 1 minute, after which the wand loses its power and becomes an ordinary wand.
