Enhancement: Attack rolls and damage rolls
Critical: +1d6 damage per plus
Power ♦ Encounter (Minor Action)
Close burst 2; Effect: All chlorophyll in the burst is destroyed. Thus, leaves turn to autumnal colors and drop off, grass becomes brown and dry, and so forth. This does not hurt creatures with the Plant keyword.
Power ♦ Daily (Standard Action)
Close blast 3; Effect: Creatures in the blast with the Plant keyword gain vulnerability to all damage equal to the wand's enhancement bonus. The vulnerability lasts until the end of your next turn.
