Wand of Damnation (5e Equipment)
Wand, very rare (requires attunement) A blackened, petrified length of wood sharpened to a stiletto’s point. Along it’s length are nine rings of infernal iron at once constricting and reinforcing the wand. Whenever it is used, one of them glows with hellfire. Which one depends on the destination. While holding this wand, you may use an action to cast the banishment spell (save DC 19) without a material component. If the target fails the saving throw, they are sent to Baator instead of a harmless demiplane or their home plane. Roll a d10 to determine which of the Nine Hells they are sent to. If you are already in Baator and roll the same ring the target is currently on, you may reroll. If the spell ends before 1 minute has passed, the target reappears in the space it left or in the nearest unoccupied space if that space is occupied. Otherwise, the target doesn’t return. Once this action is used, it can’t be used again until the next dawn. When you use this wand, you may expend any number of Soul Coin to increase the saving throw’s DC by 1 for each Soul Coin, to a maximum DC of 30.
