Voltaic Vociferator
Prerequisites: Blue or Bronze dragonborn
You have mastered the currents of lighting swirling within your charged lungs to make their discharge that much more electrifying.
Super Conductor. The damage from your Breath Weapon ignores resistance to Lightning damage.
Major Storm. Your Breath Weapon changes from a 5' by 30' line into a 30’ cone.
Lightning Rods. Creatures or objects made of metal, holding a metal object, or wearing metal armor have disadvantage on your Breath Weapon’s saving throw.
Electroshock. Any creature that fails your Breath Weapon’s saving throw can’t take reactions until the start of your next turn.
