This vial is warm to the touch, the vial's water is a half-in-half of red and blue and when shaken the colors mix, creating a purple-like liquid. As an action you can throw this vial up to 20 ft, upon impact the vial breaks and spreads out in a 10 ft wide range, an creature that is covered or has stepped on the liquid must make a DC 10 Dexterity saving throw or take 1d4 fire damage and are engulfed in flames but shortly dies out, halfling the movement speed of the creature until the affected creature ends its turn.
Creation To create this liquid you must have a vial, water and a Phoenix feather, you must fill the vial up with water then, adding the phoenix's feather, finally boiling the water for an hour to create a Vial of Phoenix Water.
