Fallout Supplement Weapon Mix-Up[edit]
I do have an account but can't remember my users creds and I accidentally sent my first talk to SgtLion but this is in regards to your updates for the Fallout Supplement.
First, let me thank you for your contributions as I have the three of the main Exodus PDF's and several other source books and find that the errata here quite useful for the whole running of my post-nuclear apocalypse campaign that I have used various ideas from numerous games. Rage, Fallout, and few others giving good source material to tweak for my players.
Now checking for recent addition to the Fallout Supplement here and noticed your addition to weapons.... the M2HB Browning Heavy Machine Gun, I use the stats listed under d20 MSRD, is .50 caliber equal to the Soviets 12.7mm HMG while the .30 caliber is known more around the M1919 Browning Machine Gun and is slightly smaller.
In my Campaigns when I've allowed used of any belt-fed machine guns or autocannons I implement a roll of 1d10 for belt-fed weapons at every one second of continuous fire to allot the number of rounds that hit the target. For Autocannos a 1d3 for the Bradley Links Below... [1] [2]
I'll continue to keep an eyebot out for small errors and hope to help soon....
- Hello, if you need a page removing, please flag it with {{needsadmin}} rather than blanking it, thanks. Marasmusine (talk) 02:06, 1 March 2016 (MST)
Question on the Robots[edit]
Hello again Skylord, My question is in regards to if you will be adding a weapons addendum for the robots that you recently posted.
From my most recent replay of FO3 and New Vegas the robots have what I would assume to be their weapon packages... also maybe a small addendum regarding other model types like the medic variants
Eyebots would have a Laser Pistol equivalent and bash attack.
Protectron would have either modified Laser Pistols equivalent in the hands and a Laser Rifle equivalent in their head.
Robobrain would have either modified Laser Pistols equivalent in their hands and also have a Sonic Pulse, Mesmetron, like weapon from the the brain case globe.
Securitron would have as Mk I the Gatling Laser and 9mm SMG and the Mk II would have unlocked a shoulder fired Missile Launcher and grenade launcher.
Gutsy would have Flamethrower, Plasma Pistol equivalent, and bash attack.
Handy would have a Saw Blade, Torch Cutter, Grapple Claw/hand, and bash attack.
thank you for the ideas i wanted to see if anyone had thoughts on anything before i did something when you get your account let me know it would be nice to have to exodus files i would also like to know is ideas on their stats i was kinda dumbfounded because i had no idea what a robots stats should be --Skylord (talk) 05:37, 7 March 2016 (MST)
Useful Wiki & Homebrew Sites[edit]
Hey Skylord, I figured you may find the following useful for cross-referencing your work with canon Fallout data. The second site is one for some free house-ruled creations related to the Fallout world for cost ideas
Fallout Wiki page [3]
Fallout PnP page [4]
- Hi Skylord, please can you make sure that "Fallout" is capitalized in the page titles, I don't fancy having to do a whole bunch of page moves. Also could you use the 5e weapon template, thanks. Marasmusine (talk) 02:51, 1 May 2016 (MDT)
Fallout[edit]
Hi Skylord, you haven't edited since May and I want to know if you are still working on the Fallout setting. Some pages need categories adding (such as at Currency (5e fallout Campaign Setting)). Marasmusine (talk) 02:34, 21 September 2016 (MDT)
