Tiny fey, neutral good Armor Class 10
Saving Throws Int +4 Elemental Communion (1/day). When the elf is targeted by a spell or magical effect, they may choose to completely ignore its effects. ACTIONSSting. Melee Weapon Attack: +2 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 2 (1d4) piercing damage. Elf Flash. All creatures within 15 ft. must attempt a DC 10 Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, they are blinded until the end of their next turn. Undine Communion (Recharge 6). One creature within 15 ft. has their swimming speed increased by +15 ft. until the end of their next turn. Prayer of Healing (Recharge 6). Up to six creatures of the elf's choice that they can see within 30 ft. each regain 9 (2d8) hit points. This spell has no effect on undead or constructs.

Constructed of fundamental water elementals, undine elves are relaxed, unmotivated, easy-going, and are often berated to little effect by other elves for getting their wings wet. They are natural conduits of magic, being able to sense its presence and even the presence of human emotions, using this knowledge to draw others to their calming lifestyle. |
