Power (Consumable Poison): Attack: +14 Vs. Fortitude; the target takes a -2 penalty to defenses against all non-martial powers with power sources (save ends).
First Failed Save: The target takes a -4 penalty to defenses against all non-martial powers with power sources (save ends).
Second Failed Save: the target takes a -6 penalty to defenses against all non-martial powers with power sources (save ends).
