Ultimate Defence (5e Feat)

Ultimate Defence
Prerequisites: Strength score of 15 or higher, Constitution score of 17 or higher
You gain the following benefits:
- Increase the Strength by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- You may add your Constitution modifier to your total AC. You cannot do this, if you use Constitution for Unarmored Defense.
- If you wield a shield, they give the wielder an additional bonus +1 to AC.
- As a bonus action or reaction, you can regain 1d4 + Constitution modifier hit points. You can use this feature a number of times equal to Constitution modifier + proficiency bonus before you regain all expanded uses on a short or long rest.
