Trings are simple earth elementals that wander through mountainous caverns. Their diet consists mostly of moss and lichen, though they have been known to eat the odd bit of stone or gravel if they're bored. Trings are extremely territorial, barreling down cave corridors to kill intruders they deem a threat. Otherwise, they are quite peaceful, allowing small creatures like rats and bats to live, as long as they don't touch the tring's nose ring. Indeed, a tring's nose ring is, for some reason, its most prized possession. How it got there is a mystery. |
