Triage Templar

Prerequisites: Wisdom 15 or higher, Proficiency with Medicine
In combat or medical emergency scenario, it’s important to be able to identify who is most in need of help. You’ve long since mastered that skill, but it’s so often not enough to save everyone.

  • Add double your proficiency bonus to Medicine skill checks.
  • Gain advantage on Medicine skill checks regarding targets with less than a quarter of their maximum hit points. If you succeed, restore 1d8 + your Wisdom modifier hit points to them.
  • Whenever you restore hit points or grant temporary hit points to the friendly character with the fewest hit points that you can see, grant them an additional 1d8 hit points or temporary hit points.
  • Gain 20ft of movement as long as you stop within 10ft of a friendly character with less than half their maximum hit points.
  • Once per long rest, if your are reduced to 0 hit points you may use your next action to restore 1d4 hit points to yourself instead of making a death saving throw. You may also expend a charge of a Healer's kit to restore 1d8 hit points instead.
