Transmutation Elder
Prerequisites: The ability to cast at least one spell.
Through your deep study of transmutation magic, you gain unique insights. You can expend your energy and knowledge to cast the polymorph spell at 4th level without needing any material components or expending a spell slot. Using this feat causes you to lose your action on your next turn. You cannot use this feat again until you finish a long rest.
