Town Crier (5e Feat)
From D&D Wiki
Town Crier
Prerequisites: Proficiency with Performance
Needing to spread information quickly, you’ve honed your vocal skills so that all might hear the edicts and announcements you have to share.
- Learn to speak and read 1 standard language.
- Once you reach 5th level, you may cast the tongues spell on yourself with no material components. You must finish a long rest before you can do so again.
- You may use 1 action to harshly shout at a character within 5ft of you. They must make a Constitution saving throw. If they fail, they are deafened for 1 minute.
- You may project your voice such that anyone within up to 500ft of you will be able to hear and understand your words perfectly. Obstructions like walls or tree may reduce this range.
- You may direct your voice towards a character you can see without any obstruction within 100ft. Only they will be able to hear and understand your words.
