Prerequisites: Wisdom 13 or higher
Enduring great hardship, you body has awakened to mystic hardness capable of protecting both yourself and, through strenuous practice, others.
- Your ki point maximum increases by 1. If you have no levels in monk, your ki points will recharge whenever you complete a short or long rest.
- You may cast the Virtue cantrip. You may expend 1 ki point to cast it as a bonus action.
- You may expend 1 ki point to cast the spell False Life. You may expend 1 additional ki point to double the temporary hit points generated.
- You may expend 1 ki point to cast the spell Heroism. You may expend 1 additional ki point to increase the spell’s duration by 1 minute.
- Wisdom is your spellcasting ability for all these spells.
In addition, you may manifest your mastery over your pain threshold in more minor ways:
- When you finish a short or long rest, gain temporary hit points equal to your Wisdom modifier.
- While you have any temporary hit points, you gain advantage on concentration saving throws.
- Once per long rest, you may add your Wisdom modifier to a failed Constitution saving throw.
