Tlollat, Mouthpiece of Obscurity[edit]

Alignment. Neutral Evil
Domains. Death
Divine Rank. Lesser Deity

Infamous for its ability to rob human beings of their identity and using their soulless bodies as a puppets to spread its vile gospel, Tlollat’s manifestation in this world resembles countless long tendrils interwoven into a colossal and profane monstrosity. Each tendril has a single long row of smaller retractable tendrils running along its underside. Tlollat’s avatar has neither eyes nor mouths. Allegedly, this abomination has been destroyed twice only to recreate itself (one presumes) from errant surviving tendrils, each of which can act entirely independently of the others.

One of the few “talkative” Strangers, its long diatribes seem to suggest a rivalry between itself and the Violet Emperor. While it possesses fewer worshipers in modern times than other gods from The Dark, it has one of the most organized cults, rivaling or exceeding that of the Violet Emperor.
