Titan Cleaver (3.5e Equipment)
From D&D Wiki
This simple, sturdy, adamantine katana looks as though it was designed for frequent, heavy-duty use by someone whose strength would shatter lesser blades.
This weapon has the natural form of a medium +10 parrying defending vorpal adamantine katana (use the bastard sword statistics). It is treated as cold iron, adamantine, silver, epic, lawful, and good for the purposes of overcoming damage reduction. In this form, once every ten minutes, it may be thrust at a distant enemy as a standard action, sending forth a projectile of light. Treat this as a ranged attack with the weapon, dealing force damage. As a swift action, it may take any of the following forms:
- A huge +10 throwing returning vorpal adamantine falchion. In this form, it may be used by medium-sized creatures as a two-handed weapon without penalty. It remains in this form until the end of this round of combat, or until it returns to its wielder's hand if thrown. At this point it returns to its natural form.
- A colossal +10 keen vorpal ghost touch adamantine greatsword. In this form, it may be used by medium-sized creatures as a two-handed weapon without penalty. It remains in this form until the end of this round of combat, at which point it returns to its natural form.
If the wielder is disarmed, the blade immediately returns to its natural form. The blade weighs the same as a medium adamantine katana at all times, even while in other forms.
