3rd-level Transmutation
Casting time: 1 reaction, when you are targeted for an attack or are forced to make a saving throw against a damaging spell.
Range: Self
Components: V,S,M (A stopwatch worth 300 Gp)
Duration: Instantaneous

You briefly stop the flow of time for everyone but yourself. No time passes for other creatures. You take no damage from the attack or spell, you can also move 20 feet, when time resumes if you are within range of an area of effect you make the saving throw with advantage.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher you may move an extra 10 feet
