Time Stop Variant
4th-level Transmutation
Casting time: 1 reaction, when you are targeted for an attack or are forced to make a saving throw against a damaging spell.
Range: Self
Components: V,C,M (A stopwatch worth 300 Gp)
Duration: Instantaneous

You briefly stop the flow of time for everyone but yourself. No time passes for other creatures. You take no damage from the attack or spell, you can also move 10 feet Of your movement away however this does not affect spells that don't miss critical hits nor if you are still in the area of affect of a spell such as fireball or similar features attacks or spells you are able to move others however once you reach the distance of this spells radius time resumes instantly

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher you may move an extra 10 feet
