Throat Strike
Prerequisites: proficiency in Medicine, proficiency with Unarmed Strikes, Sneak Attack +3d6
Your understanding of anatomy helps you understand vulnerabile points on an opponent's body. Your natural weapons are finesse weapons for you and can be used to deal Sneak Attack damage in addition to your natural weapon's damage if you otherwise would could use Sneak Attack on your attack. That is, all other rules for Sneak Attack apply normally.
(Notes: prerequisites can possibly include the ability to use your Dexterity bonus instead of your Strength bonus on attack and damage rolls, depending on your DM. Thus, the finesse quality becomes merely a descriptor.
This feat, without prerequisites, is sometimes known as Banditry.)
